When you place your order with us, the names and the photos that you upload will be sent to our art team to be illustrated. (Uncropped, well-lit, high-quality photos with clearly visible features result in a better Dream Frame design)
Once your artwork is finished,
we will email you the results, to be either accepted or rejected by you.
Please be sure to give us the correct email address you want your proofing sent to.
If you accept the design, we will send it to our manufacturer to be processed.
If you reject the design, tell us how we can make it better for you until it is perfect!
(If your portrait isn't confirmed
after 3 days, it will be processed automatically.)

Let's be honest, I took a chance on an ad for this, not sure if it was a scam or not. But the process went exactly as advertised. Within 3 days, I had a mock-up. I requested a few minor changes, which were actioned and a second mock-up sent 2 days later. I signed off, paid and waited. Automatic email with receipt of payment, email a few days later with postage tracking details. Item arrived and it's exactly as advertised, and I can't wait for my partner to open it on Christmas morning. Very happy customer!
